Shipping & Delivery

A) Most orders will ship within 48 hours of purchase or buyer will be notified about any delays or backorders within the same time frame. We are here Monday-Friday 9:00AM-6:00PM PST we are closed on weekends and all major holidays. We ship the next day we receive payment, if you made a purchase on a weekend or holiday expect package to ship on our next business day.

B) We offer two Shipping Services UPS or USPS; buyer has the option to choose the service that suites them. UPS offers a variety of options Ground, Three Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air anywhere is the USA. USPS ships priority mail and estimated time of arrival is between 2-3 days anywhere in the United States of America (Including Alaska and Hawaii)

C) Buyer is responsible for notifying Extreme Mufflers Warehouse within 24 hours from the time of arrival of their package about any damages from transit or error in shipment.

Privacy & Security

A) This privacy policy sets out how Extreme Mufflers Warehouse, Inc. uses and protects any information that you give Extreme Mufflers Warehouse Inc when you use this website. Extreme Mufflers Warehouse Inc is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

B) We collect personal information directly from you to do all the things typically associated with Web sites. Examples of the information we collect include name, address, telephone number, mobile phone number, email address, personal preferences, credit card number, purchase and ordering information, demographical information, responses to survey questions. This information is collected at various places: for instance, when you create and account, when you check out with your online order; or subscribe to receive catalogs.

C) We use strong security measures to prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration of your information once it is in our records. Your access to some services and content is password protected. The privacy and protection of your personal information is vitally important to us. Extreme Mufflers Warehouse, Inc. does not make personal information available to any third parties without your permission. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Accordingly, despite our efforts to protect your personal information Extreme Mufflers Warehouse, Inc. cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, or to or from our online products or services. However, once we receive your transmission, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our systems.


Limited 12-month workmanship warranty from the date of purchase to the original buyer is all that is offered. All warranty claims must a provide a copy of the original invoice.  Warranty is void if the product is damaged or modified.

No other parts or labor claims will be covered.

Returns & Replacements

A) Product returned by Buyer to Extreme Mufflers within 30 days of Invoice date will be accepted for full credit to the Buyer, subject to these Extreme Mufflers Terms. 1) 20% restocking fee may be charged by Extreme Mufflers to Buyer after 30 days. 2) Product must be returned in original packaging, and Buyer must include a copy of the Invoice with any return. 3) Buyer is responsible for all freight associated with returning Products to Extreme Mufflers. Risk of loss or damage to Product shall pass from Buyer to Extreme Mufflers upon physical receipt by Extreme Mufflers. 5) Unused “Kit Components”, electrical components and special order items are not eligible for return. 6) Any and all Product claimed defective must include a written explanation of how the Product was stored, maintained, installed and/or operated. 7) If, in Extreme Mufflers judgment, a returned Product is not defective or not shipped in error, and a Extreme Mufflers credit is issued, Extreme Mufflers may apply a service charge of 20% of the purchase price. If credit is not in order or issued, Buyer will be so notified.

A) All prices are as listed and based in U.S. Dollars. Prices do not include applicable freight or delivery charges, fuel surcharges, insurance, customs, duties, fees or taxes (such as present or future sales, excise, use, ad valorem) or any export or import duties.

B) California Sales Tax will be charged on all shipments unless a current exemption certificate is on file with Extreme Mufflers or you are located outside of California.

C) Risk of loss or damage to the Product shall pass from Extreme Mufflers to Buyer upon delivery to a carrier at point of shipment.

D) Buyer shall inspect and accept conforming Product or reject nonconforming Product delivered by or for Extreme Mufflers upon delivery to Buyer’s facility. All Product delivered shall be conclusively deemed accepted and to conform to contract requirements unless rejection is made or specific objection or notice of nonconformity is given to Extreme Mufflers upon delivery.
