Most orders will ship within 2-3 business days of purchase or buyer will be notified about any delays
We ship either UPS or USPS. UPS 2nd & 3rd Day along with Next Day Air available
Buyer is responsible for notifying us within 2 business days of delivery if their package is damaged from shipping

All prices are in U.S. Dollars
Prices do not include shipping charges if applicable, custom fees or import duties
Sales Tax will be charged on all shipments going to states that require it, unless a current tax exemption certificate is on file with Extreme Mufflers.

Limited 12-month workmanship warranty from the date of purchase to the original buyer.
All warranty claims must a provide a copy of the original invoice.
Warranty is void if the product is damaged or modified

Any product returns must get prior approval.

Uninstalled product may be returned for any reason at the buyer's expense to within 30 days of the delivery date with the product still in the original packaging and a copy of the invoice.
After 30 days uninstalled product could be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
A product returned as defective or wrong item shipped that is not, a processing & handling fee could be deducted from any refund issued.
